Ultimate Therapy at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Ocean View is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing team. This role focuses on helping residents improve independence and function through individualized therapy.
What You'll Do:
- Assess residents' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
- Develop and carry out treatment plans focused on ADLs and daily function
- Provide education to residents and families
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support outcomes
Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license (required)
