Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Rehab
Location: Cumming, Georgia
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule:
• Day Shift – Monday to Friday
• 10 Hour Shifts
• Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:15 PM
• Hours may vary based on department needs
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for an outpatient rehabilitation assignment in Cumming, GA. This role supports a multidisciplinary outpatient therapy department providing specialized rehabilitation services across diverse patient populations.
Both local and travel candidates are being considered for this opportunity.
• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, physical, and neurological impairments
• Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services for a wide variety of diagnoses and conditions
• Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Ensure compliance with patient safety standards and rehabilitation protocols
• Support specialty therapy programs and outpatient rehabilitation initiatives
• Certified Hand Therapy (CHT)
• Wound Care
• Lymphedema Therapy
• Vestibular Rehabilitation
• Aquatic Therapy
• Sports Rehabilitation
• Parkinson’s Programs
• MBS & FEES Studies
• Minimum 15–18 months of recent Occupational Therapy experience required
• Active Georgia Occupational Therapist License required
• AHA BLS certification required
• Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
• Lymphedema Certification preferred
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills required
