Occupational Therapist (OT) - Part-Time - Evaluations and Services - In-Home

Therapy Source is seeking Occupational Therapists in the Greater Scranton and Stroudsburg areas to complete in-person evaluations and/or ongoing therapy services for virtual charter school students. Schedule based on your availability, no minimum caseload requirements. These positions are for the upcoming school year.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
• School Certification in Pennsylvania
• Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain
• Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational goals of students through tailored therapy plans.
• Conduct evaluations and create targeted goals for students needing occupational therapy services.
• Contribute to and support students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain clear and accurate records and documentation.
