Occupational Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Texas Occupational Therapy License (or eligible to obtain prior to start date)
- Pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred
- 1+ year of experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional skills and independence
- Provide occupational therapy interventions targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, strength, range of motion, and activities of daily living
- Educate and train families on strategies and techniques to support progress at home
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
- COTA supervision experience is a plus
