Position Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) – Rehabilitation
Location: Merced, CA 95348
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Days || 8:00 AM–4:00 PM || 40 hrs. scheduled (32 hrs. guaranteed)
Pay Rate: $52–$58/hr
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities and independence.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and feeding.
- Provide exercises and activities focused on improving strength, coordination, balance, range of motion, and fine motor skills.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home programs.
- Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, PTs, SLPs, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Ensure all services are provided in accordance with facility policies and applicable clinical standards.

- Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
