• Schedule based on facility needs

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop OT care plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions for ADLs/functional rehab

• Supervise COTAs and coordinate care

• Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans

• Complete compliant documentation

Requirements

• Active California OT license (required)

• SNF or rehab experience preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills
