Occupational Therapist (OT) – 15-Week Contract (SNF)

  • Location: Scranton, South Carolina 29591

  • Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Employment Type: Contract

  • Compensation: $1900.00 – $1944.00/week

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday (08:00 AM – 04:00 PM)

Position Summary & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop OT treatment plans

  • Provide ADL-focused rehab interventions

  • Supervise COTAs and coordinate care

  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed

  • Complete timely, compliant documentation

  • Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.

  • Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).

  • Active South Carolina OT license (required)

  • SNF or rehab experience preferred

  • Strong clinical and communication skills

  • Current BLS Certification (AHA) required.
