About the Facility:
Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Newport News known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You’ll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you’re a new grad or seasoned OT.
Compensation & Benefits: - Estimated Rate Range: 40-50/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
- Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current VA OT license (or eligibility)
- Passionate about improving patient quality of life
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
