Position Options & Pay
Full-Time: $46.00 - $52.00 per hour Per Diem: $53.00 - $56.00 per hour
What You'll Do
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans • Help patients improve performance in activities of daily living • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic recovery • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment • Maintain compliant, accurate documentation • Promote safety, independence, and functional success
What We're Looking For
Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
