Pay Rate: $39 - $42/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Contract Duration: Permanent
Facility: 88-bed Skilled Nursing Facility providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term care
Additional Details:
Weekend coverage as needed
Approximately 15 skilled patients and 73 long-term care residents
Caseload averages 10–12 patients per day (8-hour shift)
Services include individual, group, concurrent, and co-treatment therapy
