Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) (Per diem)

Surge Rehabilitation and Nursing has an opportunity for a Per diem Occupational Therapist

We are primarily looking for OT's with weekday availability

Our Occupational Therapist provides the following:

• Provides and directs occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, and completes related documentation and communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for OTR.

Job Types: Per diem

Salary: $55.00-57.00 per hour
