Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Outpatient

Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment in a hospital-based outpatient setting in Napa, CA. This role primarily supports outpatient rehabilitation services, with occasional coverage in inpatient rehabilitation as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings
- Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans to improve patient function and independence
- Provide therapy services across neurological, orthopedic/hand, and pediatric populations
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Support weekend inpatient rehabilitation coverage as required
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home programs, and adaptive strategies
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapy license
- Experience in acute care or outpatient rehabilitation settings
- Strong background in neuro, orthopedic/hand, and/or pediatric therapy preferred
- Ability to work across both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation environments
- Prior hospital-based outpatient experience preferred
