Occupational Therapist

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess functional performance and ADLs

• Implement individualized OT treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on safety and independence

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain compliant documentation

Qualifications:

• California OT license

• SNF experience preferred
