Occupational Therapist (OT) (Contract)

Location: CA 90804
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 36 hours/week
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Pay: $85–$87/hour

Position Summary & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients; develop & implement OT treatment plans

  • Provide therapy to improve ADLs, strength, and functional independence

  • Monitor progress; adjust treatment as needed

  • Maintain accurate documentation

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
