Are you a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others? We are seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our amazing therapy team in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community!

What You'll Do:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

Help residents improve independence with activities of daily living

Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance strength, mobility, and function

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records

Educate residents and caregivers on therapy goals and techniques

Create meaningful outcomes that improve quality of life

️ What We're Looking For:

️ Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

️ Current, active Occupational Therapist license in South Carolina (or eligible for licensure)

️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

️ Passion for working with the geriatric population

️ Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
