Salary Range: $76,000 – $95,000 annually
Hourly Range: $36.60 – $45.00 (based on education and experience)
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (discussed during interview)
On-Call: Possible (discussed during interview)
We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapy services primarily to children ages 0–3 years within an Infant Child Development program.
The OT will evaluate and treat patients demonstrating delays or deficits in activities of daily living (including play), neuromuscular function, sensory integration, cognitive development, and psychosocial abilities.
This role involves comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, service delivery, family education, consultation, documentation, and discharge/transition planning.
Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services to infants and toddlers
Deliver family education and caregiver training
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Participate in discharge and transition planning
Support program development and consultation efforts
Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy – Required
Active Kansas Occupational Therapy License – Required
Valid Kansas Drivers License – Required
BLS or CPR Certification (American Red Cross or AHA – within 90 days of hire)
One year of pediatric occupational therapy experience
