     ***YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE LICENSE AS AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST IN THE STATE OF OREGON.***

    Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
    • Develop treatment plans by identifying a problem list and methods to achieve identified goals. 
    • Coordinate treatment plan with patient, family, and other team members.
    • Adapts treatment to meet the individual needs of the patient; Life Skills, Daily Living, Sensory, Special Needs, etc.
    • Feeding experience would be great, but not required.
    • Reviews the quality and appropriateness of the total services delivered. Work well with other OT's, SLP's and PT's.
    • Must have excellent charting skills and the ability to input information in a timely manner.

    Job Requirements:
    • Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Valid OT license in State of Oregon.
