Responsibilities of Occupational Therapist:

·Screens, evaluates, re-evaluates, and treats patients referred by a licensed physician.

·Coordinates and communicates treatment activities with health care team members and the patient.

Qualifications of Occupational Therapist:

·Must hold a valid professional license or be license eligible in both VT and NH, as appropriate.

·B.S. in Occupational Therapy or equivalent experience.

·One (1) year of experience as an occupational therapist in a hospital, clinic, or home health agency required.
