Occupational Therapist Per Visit / Part Time - Bellingham, Uxbridge, Blackstone, Millville

VNA Care is seeking a Per Visit Home Health OT for our Team based in Southboro.

Territory: Bellingham, Uxbridge, Blackstone, Millville

Schedule for Occupational Therapist: Work flexible hours, Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm.

Daily rate based on 6 visits: $456. Rate varies based on number and type of visits.

Requirements for Occupational Therapist:
• Minimum 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
• Home Care experience preferred.

Position Summary: Provides home health care to patients and families that focuses on preventing disease, promoting, maintaining, or restoring health and minimizing the effects of illness or disability. Experience Preferred
