Under the supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation Services, the Occupational Therapist assesses, organizes, and participates in the rehabilitative programs that help restore skills in activities of daily living, work, or productive activities, and play or leisure.
Develop a treatment plan by incorporating that data obtained through the assessment of the patients medical history, appropriate tests and measures, and functional ability.
