Cedars Healthcare Center seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide person-centered rehabilitation services to short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care residents. Responsibilities include evaluating functional abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, training in ADLs and mobility, and documenting in the EMR.
