FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide geriatric-focused, evidence-based rehabilitation services. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions that enhance safety, independence, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team while documenting outcomes in an EHR system.
