Position Highlights

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for delivery of occupational therapy services in the hospitals and for outpatients in accordance with the philosophy and established objectives of the departments.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Master’s degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Annual influenza vaccinations are mandatory for all employees by December 1, unless a medical waiver is signed and approved.
• Completion of the Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse course for Iowa Mandatory Reporters within 30 days of employment and every 3 years thereafter.
• Current licensure by the state of Iowa as a registered occupational therapist, graduate of accredited occupational therapy program.
