Responsibilities:<\/span> <\/b>

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs to develop personalized treatment plans.<\/span> <\/span>

• Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to help patients regain or improve functional independence.<\/span> <\/span>

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies to enhance daily living.<\/span> <\/span>

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.<\/span> <\/span>

• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and update care plans as needed.<\/span> <\/span>
  <\/span> <\/li>
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations, as well as professional standards of practice.<\/span> <\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  ·<\/span> <\/span>       <\/span> <\/span>  <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>

  ·<\/span> <\/span>       <\/span> <\/span>  <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> Previous clinical experience in occupational therapy (1–2 years preferred, but new grads may be considered).<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
