Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) – 2 Openings

Pay Rate: $44-$56 (Based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time

Work Setting: Onsite

Location: Seattle, WA

Start Date / End Date Options:

October 2026 – March 2027
or
November 2026 – May 2027

Hours per Week: 30-37.5 hours/week

Position Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking two qualified Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join the school district for the 2026–2027 school year. These onsite-only coverage positions will support elementary students with moderate support needs across multiple school sites.

These roles offer the opportunity to work within a collaborative school system while supporting students in developing essential functional, sensory, motor, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to elementary students with moderate support needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, screenings, and progress monitoring
Support students in fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional skill development
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and service logs
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Travel between assigned school sites as needed


Qualifications:
Active Washington State Occupational Therapist (OT) license (required)
Active ESA Certification (required)
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to work with students with moderate support needs across multiple sites
Passion for supporting student independence and growth in educational settings
