Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license
  • Experience in school settings or a strong drive to work with children and adolescents
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to consult with teachers, parents, and school staff
  • Comfort working across K-12 age groups, adapting interventions to meet diverse needs

Your key responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based OT services to support students’ educational and functional goals
  • Assess student needs, create Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and document progress
  • Consult with teachers and families to provide recommendations and strategies for classroom and home carryover
  • Collaborate with other professionals, participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
  • Utilize creative and engaging activities tailored to each student’s abilities and developmental stage
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to school and district policies

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. You’ll have the rewarding opportunity to support a caseload of around 50 students, with more detailed information about the mix of ages and needs discussed during your interview.
