**? About the Role**
The **Occupational Therapist (OT)** helps students access their education by improving functional, sensory, and motor skills. You'll conduct evaluations, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide direct and consultative services across school settings. This role is ideal for an OT who loves working with diverse student populations and making a meaningful impact every day.
**?? What You'll Do**
+ **Perform student evaluations** to identify functional, sensory, and motor needs
+ **Develop and implement therapy plans** aligned with each student's goals
+ Provide direct OT services in school environments
+ Document services according to each student's plan of care
+ Collaborate with teachers, SPED teams, and administrators
+ Participate in IEP processes as needed
+ Support students across multiple school sites
**?? Minimum Requirements**
+ Current **Occupational Therapist license** in the state of practice
+ One year of OT experience preferred
+ Compliance with all professional standards of practice
+ CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB test or chest X-ray (as required)
+ Health certificate (as required)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years old
**Local OT Rate:** $50/hour
