Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the TIRR Outpatient Seating & Mobility team at Kirby Glen. In this role, you will evaluate patients with complex physical and functional needs, complete seating and mobility assessments, and recommend customized wheelchairs and adaptive equipment. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with vendors.
