LTC Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility setting. This position offers the opportunity to create meaningful, individualized treatment programs that help residents improve safety, independence, and participation in everyday life.
What You'll Focus On:
- Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and identify functional limitations impacting daily routines
- Develop personalized treatment strategies targeting self-care, cognition, upper extremity function, balance, and adaptive techniques
- Train residents in the use of adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies to improve independence and reduce fall risk
- Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to support continuity of care and successful outcomes
- Monitor resident performance, update care plans, and maintain compliant documentation

Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license required
