Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in a subacute/skilled nursing environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Focus on activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and safe discharge
- Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and physicians
- Supervise COTAs as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license (Nebraska or eligible)
- Experience in skilled nursing or subacute preferred; new graduates considered
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach
