Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Seating & Mobility Team at TIRR Outpatient Kirby Glen. In this role, you will evaluate patients with complex mobility and seating needs, develop individualized treatment and equipment recommendations, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team. Responsibilities include performing functional assessments, coordinating wheelchair and assistive technology fittings, educating patients and caregivers, documenting in the EMR, and partnering with vendors. You’ll support quality, safety, and evidence-based care while mentoring staff and contributing to program growth.
