Occupational Therapist (Contract)

• Location: OK, 74464

• Contract Duration: 12 weeks (Jun 1, 2026 – Aug 24, 2026)

• Pay Rate: $2047 – $2297 per week

• Schedule: 2x10-hour shifts (PRN)

  • Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour days)

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment for inpatient patients (all ages)

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

• Document patient progress and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team

• Support functional recovery and independence in daily activities

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license (required)

• Minimum 3 years of OT experience

• Inpatient clinical experience preferred

• Ability to work weekend PRN schedule
