Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Seating & Mobility Team at TIRR Outpatient Kirby Glen. In this role, you will evaluate patients with complex physical and neurologic conditions, develop individualized seating and mobility plans, and recommend wheelchairs, adaptive equipment, and technology to maximize function and independence. You will collaborate closely with physicians, PTs, rehab engineers, and caregivers, provide patient and family education, document in the EMR, and contribute to quality and process improvement in a collaborative, innovative care environment.
