Select therapeutic activities to help patients meet functional goals Provide clear discharge plans, referrals, and community resources Serve as a clinical resource for staff, physicians, and families Assessment & Planning Collaborate with physicians to develop and evaluate treatment goals Set realistic, patient-centered goals for therapy and discharge Engage patients and families in care planning Participating in meetings, training, and process improvement initiatives Customer Service & Team Culture Support onboarding and training of new staff Adhere to all Wellstar Health System policies, standards, and code of conduct Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required. Occupational Therapist (OT) License required.
