Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• CT OT license
• 2 years of experience minimum as an OT
• 1 year of experience minimum in an outpatient setting

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Shift Days: Monday - Thursday, Friday
• Two evening shifts per week required
• No weekends

Location Highlights

Danbury offers access to outdoor recreation and regional travel in western Connecticut. Candlewood Lake is about 10 miles from central Danbury and provides boating, fishing, and waterfront parks, while Tarrywile Park spans more than 700 acres with trails and a historic mansion. Danbury Railway Museum is located downtown near the station area, and I-84 provides road access to Hartford in about 70 miles and New York City in about 70 miles. The city has a suburban setting with shopping at Danbury Fair and hiking within about 15 miles at Squantz Pond State Park and Bennett's Pond State Park.
