Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics | Whole-Body MSK – Full-Time

Paragon Sport Spine & Wellness is a leading multi-specialty rehabilitation facility dedicated to delivering exceptional, whole-body patient care through an integrated, collaborative team approach. Our outpatient clinic brings together experts in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Pelvic Floor, Acupuncture, and Interventional Pain Management to treat a wide range of orthopedic and functional conditions. We emphasize personalized care, functional recovery, and long-term wellness. Our supportive environment fosters professional growth, with opportunities to work alongside a team of allied clinicians who hold advanced certifications. We are searching for an outpatient Orthopedic Occupational Therapist to treat patients with musculoskeletal and functional conditions across the entire body. Our OTs help patients overcome limitations affecting activities of daily living, work, recreation, and overall function. We will also provide mentorship/training to the right applicant interested in treating pelvic floor/pelvic health patients!

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• \n
• Passionate about treating orthopedic and functional limitations from a full-body perspective
• \n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
• \n
• Clinical excellence with a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• \n
