FOX Rehabilitation seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based, geriatric-focused care in a dynamic, patient-centered setting. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide interventions that improve safety, independence, and quality of life for older adults. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care using EHR, and educate patients and caregivers.
