PlaySmart Pediatrics Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our growing pediatric team. The ideal candidate will provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to help children build the skills they need for everyday life — from fine motor and sensory processing to self-care and school readiness. This role is well-suited to a therapist who thrives in a play-based, family-centered environment and is passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable, family-centered goals
  • Provide direct, play-based therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs and developmental level
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with clinic and insurance/authorization requirements
  • Communicate regularly with parents/caregivers to provide updates, home program recommendations, and education
  • Collaborate with speech therapists, physical therapists, and other providers to ensure coordinated, whole-child care
  • Coordinate with support coordinators and referral sources as needed to manage authorizations and care continuity
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the clinic's EMR system
  • Stay current on best practices, evidence-based interventions, and continuing education requirements for licensure
