Pay: $1,452 – $1,636/week
Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s | Must be available until 6:00 PM MST | 26-week commitment
Supports Occupational Therapists in delivering therapy services
Assists individuals in improving daily living and functional skills
Works with patients to overcome physical, emotional, or developmental challenges
Assist with therapy assessments, interventions, and treatment plans
Document patient progress using DSCTop and EIEPPRO systems
Prepare therapy materials and adapt activities as needed
Support patients in achieving functional and developmental goals
Active Arizona COTA License (Required)
COTA Certification (Required)
Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
