Position: Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: Richmond, CA
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Guaranteed 36 hours (expect 36–40 hours/week)
Pay Range: $1,696 – $1,885/week
What You’ll Do:
• Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans
• Help patients improve daily living and functional skills
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Requirements:
• Active COTA license (CA)
• Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
