Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Full Time, Part Time, or PRN, Home Health Discovery at Home Fort Myers, FL
Discovery at Home is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to serve the Discovery Village Forum and Discovery Commons Cypress campuses in Fort Myers, Florida. Full-time is preferred, and candidates requiring sponsorship to work in the United States are welcome to apply. New graduate COTAs will receive dedicated support and mentorship.
About the Role
You will primarily work within assisted and independent living communities, with some home visits possible within the community. The patient population is primarily geriatric, with most cases covered under Medicare Part A Home Health along with some Part B. Clinicians have significant autonomy in determining their own caseload and daily schedule.

Schedule
Availability is required Monday through Friday between 6:00am and 6:00pm, subject to scheduling agreements with each patient. Weekend shifts are optional and not required. No major holidays. Flexible scheduling is a core feature of this role.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly rate for this position is in the range of $29 to $43 per hour, with increases based on experience and qualifications. Qualifications
Candidates must be eligible for Florida state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a current CPR certification are required. Prior home health experience is preferred but not required. Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is preferred, and part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered.
