Harbors Home Health & Hospice has an opportunity for a full time COTA to its valuable therapy team. This individual is responsible for working closely with our Occupational Therapist to provide quality excellent patient care. This position gives the clinician the opportunity for both autonomy, one on one patient care, and working with a great team! Giving you the chance to spend a few extra valuable minutes for that special patient. Harbors offers that work life balance everyone is looking for!
Duties may include:
Assists in developing and carrying out therapy care plans
Teams up with a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide continuity of care
Patient and family education
Documents service provided and communicates changes and concerns with team mates

Weekly Monday through Friday schedule, with the flexibility to schedule around your personal commitments (kids, soccer, dental appointments, etc).

Compensation: $37.00 - $43.00 per hour
