    Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN

    Agility Health and Rehab | University Place, WA

    PRN | Daytime hours

    Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our in-house therapy team in University Place, WA. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing healthcare provider offering one consistent location and supportive local leadership.

    What You'll Do

    • Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
    • Work under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist to support patients' functional independence
    • Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
    • Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
    • Use current equipment and modalities

    What You'll Need

    • Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Washington (or eligibility)
    • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

    SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
