A well-established facility is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team full-time. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients to improve daily living and functional skills in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans
Work with patients to improve motor, sensory, and daily living skills
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Collaborate with staff and families to ensure quality care
Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist in NY
Previous OT experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Schedule:
MondayThursday: 9:30 AM 3:30 PM
Friday optional
Salary: $75K
Location: Boro Park
