What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician referrals

• Develop personalized treatment and discharge plans

• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently

• Supervise COTAs in accordance with practice standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to support patient success

What You’ll Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)

• Active OT license or ability to obtain in Maryland

• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

• Passion for helping patients achieve greater independence
