Qualifications
- Ocean Import / Freight Forwarding experience (NVOCC) required
- Strong knowledge of import documentation and customs procedures
- GoFreight System experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ocean import shipments from arrival through delivery
- Prepare and review import documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial
- Invoices, Packing Lists, and Arrival Notices
- Work closely with customs brokers and logistics providers to resolve shipment issues
- Coordinate international shipments with overseas logistics partners
- Communicate with vendors, truckers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the import process
