WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Freight Forwarding (NVOCC) experience
- Ocean Import experience
- Knowledge of import documentation and international shipping procedures
- Familiar with Incoterms
- GoFreight experience a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
YOUR ROLE:
- Process and coordinate ocean import shipments
- Prepare and review import documentation
- Track shipments and update GoFreight/customer records
- Communicate with customers, overseas agents, customs brokers, and carriers
- Send invoices and respond promptly to customer emails
- Ensure timely shipment processing and customer follow-up
