About the Role
Coordinate full-cycle ocean import shipments from origin countries to final destinations, including documentation, compliance, carrier and broker communication, shipment tracking, and coordination of final-mile delivery.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate full-cycle ocean import shipments from origin country to final destinations.
- Prepare and review import documentation for import customs clearance.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments.
- Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing.
- Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry in the internal system.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Experience in ocean import operations or international freight forwarding (preferred).
- English and Korean bilingual (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is between $45,000-$55,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
