What You'll Bring:

• Over 10 years of experience in organizational change management, with at least 3 years supporting AI or automation projects.
• Expertise in stakeholder segmentation, personas, and designing change journeys.
• Proven facilitation skills in discovery workshops and leadership alignment sessions.
• Strong ability to develop ROI models and benefits realization frameworks.
• Fluency in Agile methodologies and understanding of Generative AI concepts.
• Exceptional executive communication skills and experience working with global, diverse teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience within Content Supply Chain, MarTech, or digital asset management.
• Background in behavioral science, instructional design, or similar fields.
• Certifications such as Prosci ADKAR, PMP, or SAFe.
• Familiarity with digital adoption platforms and Agile tools like JIRA.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields.
• Extensive experience supporting transformation initiatives in consumer brands, media, or entertainment sectors.
