Job Summary (List Format) OCM Consultant (Hybrid, New Braunfels, TX / Atlanta, GA)
- Prepare stakeholders for adoption of a new Vendor Management System (VMS)
- Ensure organizational readiness for VMS deployment
- Support transition to future-state contingent workforce processes
- Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption during implementation
- Identify and mitigate organizational risks impacting implementation success
- Support business stabilization during and after go-live
- Help organization achieve benefits of automation, compliance, governance, visibility, and cost control through VMS
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness planning
- Lead communication, training, and enablement activities
- Provide go-live and post-deployment stabilization support
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Independently manage multiple workstreams and priorities
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops
- Work effectively in highly matrixed environments
- Utilize experience in large-scale technology implementations (preferably SaaS, Prosci, or PMO support)
- (Preferred) Experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation industries
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years dedicated Organizational Change Management experience
- Proven success in business transformation and technology implementations
- Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills
- Experience developing and executing enterprise change management strategies
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption measurement
Other Details:
- Hybrid role (4 days onsite)
